These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gromally mobile application and related services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Gromally app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the service

  • You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and using your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders and payments

  • Prices, availability of products, and delivery timelines are determined with participating cart vendors.
  • Any payment related terms or offers will be shown to you within the app at the time of placing an order.
  • Gromally reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, error, or misuse.

4. Vendor relationships

Gromally connects consumers with cart vendors and other ecosystem partners. While we work closely with them, each vendor remains an independent entity responsible for the quality of goods and services provided.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks connected to the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or related systems.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and intellectual property on the Gromally platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gromally will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app or services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published will mean that you accept the revised terms.
